Nastab Consulting Limited was incorporated under the Ghana Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) as a private limited liability company dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of company secretarial and administrative services to companies.
Its primary purpose is to assist clients in the registration of companies and to act as Company Secretaries, Registrars and offer business support services.
Overview Of Our Approach
The Nastab Consulting Limited approach to Company Secretarial assignments differ from that of other Secretarial Firms because it places emphasis on corporate governance.
It is not driven by an objective of imposing written documents of fact-findings and recommendations. Instead we seek to ask questions that help us, together with the client to arrive at appropriate solutions.
For clients whose companies might have been in existence for a couple of years as at the time of engaging our services, it is our practice, in such cases, to initially conduct a search into the company’s affairs at the Registrar General’s Department.
A Report on the Search will then be prepared and issued to our client. This Report will help our client to know the state of the company so far as compliance issues are concerned. It also enables us to familiarise ourselves with information about the company so as to respond appropriately to the Registrar of Companies on any areas of non-compliance.
